First time back since I moved away 40 years ago and how things have changed! No longer have seating, everything is take out and as always, whole pies only. Place is run down compared to what I remember back in the day and you should call ahead to order. I didn't think of that and had to sit in the truck for 45 minutes for a call when my pie went in oven. Even though things weren't what I expected when I got there, the pizza was absolutely amazing and maybe even better...
All of the stuff about the service and treatment of customers is correct. Getting the pizza can be a challenge. But one thing that does stand up is the quality of the pizza. It’s been weeks and I’m still thinking about how good it was. One of the best I’ve had in NY.
Haven't been here in like 15 years and the pizza is still amazing. Currently open on weekends till 530 and takeout only so no eating inside 🙁 but 4 of us devoured a pie in like 5 minutes.
