Coordinators at Tropical Breeze were directly responsible for the success of my Foundation's fundraiser. They were patient and receptive to the intricate vision and goals for my event. The convenience of the B46 bus which stops at the end of the street, as well as local van services, is a major plus. I will utiIize Tropical Breeze Ballroom again, and I recommend it as a reliable and beautiful venue for your next event.
Dined in twice, both times for birthday dinners and both times the service was great. Nice music,loud enough to enjoy but comfortable enough to still have conversation across the table. Party of about 12 people and there were no complaints towards the food or drinks. Be advised that Sunday’s there is reduced menu, still good but the full menu is where it’s at. On our first visit we were served by Andrea and her pleasant and warm attitude only furthered the enjoyable experience....
The food was, as anyone would expect from this franchise, great. The problem I had was with the cashier, a young man who couldn’t even modulate appropriately and made communication really difficult. One of my companions asked him if there was any offer available today to which he said “no” but after we ordered we saw a sign with an offer, we asked him again and he said “well there was that, I forgot”. We wanted to change our order and they refused to do so.
