Disappointing Experience – Rude Staff and No Respect for Customers
I visited Tsar Caviar expecting a high-end experience, given the premium nature of the product they sell. Unfortunately, my visit was anything but pleasant. I was met with two extremely rude Russian-speaking saleswomen — one older, blonde, and another younger with exaggerated features — who seemed more interested in mocking customers than helping them.
Instead of educating me about the different types of caviar (which is a luxury item most people don’t buy every day), they belittled me for not knowing the difference. Their tone was condescending and aggressive — barking responses rather than offering guidance — making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
If you’re charging over $100 for a small amount of product, you should train your staff to speak to customers with basic courtesy and respect. To the owner: I strongly recommend you either provide proper customer service training or hire professionals who know how to communicate in a welcoming and informative manner — not like they’ve stepped out of a Soviet-era service manual.
Luxury should start with the service. Sadly, Tsar Caviar failed on that front completely.

I ordered both red and black caviar for a special occasion and everything arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and perfectly chilled. They included crackers as a gift which was a really nice gesture.
You can tell they take great care with every order. The quality was outstanding, and the delivery made it super convenient. Will definitely be ordering again!

She spent time recommending, explaining everything for caviar. Sveta is plesant , informative and experienced seller. I bought the caviar and my family was satisfied with my purchase.
