We were greeted by a welcoming employee, who was so patient and gracefully as we reviewed all the food options. We ordered three different meals: curry chicken w/white rice, jerk chicken w/peas& rice, jerk salmon w/peas&rice. All of the food was delicious! The portions were plentiful and reasonably priced. So I’m writing this as I had to comeback again to make sure what I wrote here is true. I’ve visited this place twice in the same week, and I will stand on this… this is the best jerk chicken I’ve had in a long time. The consistency in the jerk chicken is perfect. Always fresh, tasty, juicy!! I love this place and will not be ordering from any other jerk spot.
I can wait to try the rest of the food, as I’m sure it’s delicious. So glad I stumbled on this.

6/17/25 - Delivery Love their rice n peas with oxtail on their good day’s! This time ordering from here was disappointing to my partner and I compared to other time we bought from them. this time it was a 2/5, and the price of the sweet plantains for the amount you get honestly seems crazy to me, I usually just buy 2 plantains for $2 at my corner store and fry it myself and have more that what I get from them for $3.75.
7/02/25 - In person Service and better in person ofc than when ordering online and this plate was top tier and I love their potato salad and I got to sample their rasta pasta and I will be getting me that next time! Love how perfectly creamy it is and how it has a bit of sweetness to it and ofc the seasoning is on point. Got the Mac as well, it taste good just a bit dry however with the oxtail gravy over it gave it that push that was needed, my meal rating is 4/5
Overall I would rate this store 3.5 stars for me 🙌🏾
Tip : never order after 7pm for delivery in my opinion that was when we had the 2/5 so maybe it was the time of order place 🤷🏾♂️

The food here is absolutely amazing…so flavorful and fresh! I’ll definitely be coming back for the taste alone. But I have to be honest… the shop was hot as hell inside. I genuinely felt bad for the employee working the front—she was so sweet and helpful, but clearly trying to push through that heat. That kind of environment is unacceptable for both staff and customers. Please invest in some A/C or better ventilation—it’ll make a huge difference. The food deserves five stars, but the heat brings it down

I literally just ubered this and it absolutely did not disappoint!!!! I read the reviews and trusted it....I'm so glad I did. I ordered the fried chicken special rice and peas with macaroni salad....and I expected it to be so so as this is my first time. It was waaaaaaayyyyyyyy better than I thought. Will definitely order from here again!!!!!!

Nadine is a total sweetheart. The food speaks for itself, the smoke is what brought me in.
Started with the curry chicken, insanely good. BBQ chicken is good, simple, not too crazy.
The jerk chicken is absolutely perfect. The spicy sauce isn’t trying to burn your mouth off, spicy and delicious.

I ordered rice and peas with BBQ chicken, and the lady at the restaurant was very nice and welcoming. I got a $15 plate and added a $5 tip because I was excited and hungry. This was my second time ordering food to go from this restaurant, but I ended up being disappointed.
The BBQ chicken was drenched in sauce, overcooked it, and tasted overwhelmingly sweet, almost like BBQ candy. There was a lot of skin and not much actual chicken. I thought I could eat half and save the other half for the next day; however, that wasn't possible because there just wasn't enough chicken. The plate came with three pieces of chicken, and she did give me an extra piece, but it still wasn’t satisfying.
I felt let down after spending $20, only to end up with mostly rice and sauce.
