Beautiful spot, everything is so thoughtful from the ceramics hand made by the chef to the incredible soba. Subtle flavors that intertwine to create a light and delicious meal. Highly recommend the shio duck with housemade spicy chili paste. The tofu was also incredible, unlike any tofu I’ve ever tasted and much better.
Criminal that this place isn’t 5 stars! Amazing experience from start to finish. The vibes are immaculate, everything is done to perfection. The food was delicious and extremely refined. The authenticity might scare away some customers, but the quality is undeniable. Coming back very soon!
Great soba tofu appetizer dish. Had to order one more. Salmon soba is an excellent choice. Peking duck noodle is meh (i was just in China. The meat jn nyc does not taste like the original dish at all. Ume soba is warm and clean. Towari soba is meh. Ice cream is amazing. Cool atmosphere. Cure pottery plates n bowls. Area here is fantastic for spending quality time. Table surfaces are a bit sticky n wobbly but the restroom is clean.
