The initial experience was so terrible. Is customer service something not taught to the people that represent your establishment? Imagine pulling up to the location and the people at the door weren’t even acting like security.
They were rude and unprofessional. How are we supposed to know they’re security and they were at least 7 feet away from the door? Acting like regular ppl on a Friday night just chatting it up?
Then they asked if we had reservations, we called hours ahead initially and got no response, so we arrived hoping we can get in without one, but his response was if we don’t answer the phone we’re booked!
AGAIN HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS? Then want to argue? Are y'all serious? My group happily took our money elsewhere. Y'all need to do better man.

Incredible from start to finish. My husband and I just had our joint 50th birthdays here. It was the party I had been dreaming about!First of all, Phil is an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded right away with any questions and did everything possible to make sure everything went smoothly.The space was the perfect size and vibe for our group of 60. There were spots for people to take a seat and catch up and of course plenty of room to dance. The DJ that Phil recommended (Phillip Charles) and the photographer (Ron Gejon) were both 5 stars. They are both so talented. Phil brought the energy and Ron captured it. All of my friends have told me what a great time they had. The dancing and smiling pictures prove it. Thank you Phil and Velvet!

I had my birthday there and it was such a good time! We got table service so we were in the front portion of the bar which made it intimate but not too secluded from everyone. It was such a good vibe and we were very well taken care of. I worked with Jason to put together a good package for me and my party and we all had a blast. I would definitely recommend

Hosted a private birthday party in their back room and had an amazing experience! The team was easy to communicate with, everything offered in the private party rate was better than most venue spaces in the city, and Jason worked nonstop to make sure everything was running smoothly day of. The space is beautiful and spacious as well; 10/10 recommend hosting an event here!
Great vibes and great cocktails. Speakeasy style back room that’s perfect for private events that are actually private! Cigars for sale to smoke outside which is great for the spring.
I wish I could give zero stars. The bartender paid absolutely no attention to me and ignored when trying to order a drink. He was more invested with flirting and watching the soccer game. I ordered my drink and waited over 10 minutes (there were less than 10 people in the space), and he never made our drinks. Just went over and conversed with another woman. Certainly don’t want to play the race card, however he served everyone else but me so not sure what else to think. Very disappointed.
