Terrible customer service. Takes very long and they charge for every sauce and ketchup packet.
They wouldn't give me more than 1 sour cream for an order of chilli and baked potato and they wouldn’t give my friend more than 4 ketchup packets when they order 3 large fries and tried to charge more. Never in my life have i heard this nonsense.
The new drive threw tactic is to ask you try thier new sauce and they charge extra for it when you get nuggets. Didn’t realize until i read the receipt after.
Everyone in the neighborhood is experiencing the same bs from thier employees. They just opened and probably be shut down soon

This is the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Waited 40 minutes for a Dave's Single and nuggets, and they forgot the nuggets and I had to go back inside to get them. 40 minutes!

This is just ridiculous. For months your staff has been saving money on cheap plastic bags! What kind of nonsense is this? Other Wendy’s locations have no problem, but yours is a total embarrassment. Couriers have to deliver orders without bags, and customers are getting their food in their hands are you serious?
Are you really trying to save a few cents while ruining the reputation of the entire brand? Management, open your eyes your location has turned into a joke! People bring you money, and you can’t even give them a bag. Get your act together and stop embarrassing Wendy’s. Stop being cheap give customers proper bags like every other location does!

This Wendy's has been recently renovated (thank God). It's still a neighborhood hang out , but it's updated and surprisingly very clean. The staff is very welcoming especially Leah. She greets every customer with a smile.

Service in this place is horrible they need to train their staff better cause its not cool that they mislead u while taking ur order . So example ull order a biggie bag that comes with junior size but they will mislead u and while taking the order ask u if u want it medium or large being well aware that the order comes with junior size only for that price so when u go to window ur order just went up $2 dollars cause they mislead u thinking its ur choice that the meal comes with that choice for a biggie bag for same price when they suppose to let u know if they gonna ask u if u want it medium or large put it comes at a higher price simple as that not it becomes the customers choice wat to get not to get mislead I to paying more

Upon giving staff cash they told me they did not have any lemonade. Would never recommend this location. Both staff members were rude & nasty.

How do they forget multiple things from the order Every. Single. Time?! If you order fries from here they come in the order 1/20 times. Drinks are always wrong or spilled all over all the other food.
