They supposed to stop taking walk in at 1 am and when I get there at 1250 the manager tells me they not taking no more orders she keeps doing that every time always closing before 1am it’s not right

Do NOT order from any food delivery service. Took 3 hours to receive and when received it was completely wrong. Then waited another 1 hour to get our food. Didn’t even include my kids meals. Spoke to the manager and he assured me it was the delivery guys fault. If you’ve been to the location they all wait outside and are handed the food. It’s a huge mix up but didn’t need to take three hours to receive the order.

It's a Wendy's and they put the fries in the bag. Fast service and affordable at the corner of Prospect/the Zoo/Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Has a drive through.

Way below average wendys. I swear every worker in here is deaf. I was trying to order 4 biggie bags 2 chicken 2 cheeseburger and i guess they physically couldnt understand that so they had to bring in another worker who still took 5 minutes to get our order. The place is dirty and unorganized and the seats are spread awfully. Coca-Cola freestyle machine amazing as always but everything else sucked. Food was just like normal wendys but they are extra skimpy on ranch. Overall way below average and honestly disgraceful to wendys across america.

I'm furious! Place an order for delivery and was charged for a missing item!!! Tried calling the store and no answer!!! The delivery person also dropped the ball by not checking the receipt!!! I want a refund ASAP!!!
