Win Son Bakery was honestly a bit of a letdown. It felt overhyped from the start. I waited at least 45 minutes just to order, then another 30 to get a table. The vibe is cool, but the food didn’t live up to the wait.

I had the fried chicken sandwich on the milk bun and it was lackluster at best. The chicken wasn’t anything special, the house sauce didn’t add much, and the whole thing was really messy to eat. The fries were decently seasoned but not crispy...
The bacon egg and cheese tasted good and had a generous amount of bacon but was disappointing since the scallion flavor doesn’t come through.

The pork fan tuna is seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Amazing texture and the pork is a little sweet. The black sesame latte was also excellent.
No words other than incredible! My friend and I went for brunch and loved everything we got. From the scallion pancake to the latte to the mochi donut all well made and perfectly flavored. Absolutely recommend checking it out! Very easy to order as well
