Service was outstanding! Amazing espresso drink! The inside was warm and inviting. Such a great place!

We are big fans of Windsor coffee. Coffee is tasty, pastries are fresh (oh man the cookies) and it is cozy. What we love the most are the baristas though - couldn't be more friendly (also to kids!) and professional. Always walking out the store with good coffee and a smile! Thank you Windsor coffee please stay in our neighborhood forever!

Pleasant coffee shop, espresso too acidic for me, third wave style.
Friendly service and nice atmosphere, though.

I have been here twice. Once on a Sunday morning and once this afternoon. Both time I have had a bad experience. The first time i chalked it up to maybe a bad personal day. Customer facing jobs- also hard. But I am realizing the customer service here is consistently awful? There is another cafe down the way folks. Steeplechase-go there.

This place has a bit of a homespun art cafe vibe, which may not be for everyone but is very much to my taste. Lovely friendly staff. Good coffee.

$3.75/ Oreo cookie

Very good cookie. Nice crumbliness and sharp noted presence of that Oreo cream taste.
The surrounding neighborhood is quite suburban, you no longer really feel in New York City —as is reflected in the prices. These are shockingly affordable prices esp. the beverages. You will never find a matcha latte for $4.75 in nyc. The going rate these days is in the $7+ realm…soon enough will hit $8.

Cute little coffee shop if you happen to find yourself in the area ?. Has a cute terrace area too.

Cute little cafe around the area. Cappuccino was good but a little bit too bitter for me. I also had a cookie by the baker around the neighborhood, it was a classic.Friendly place to work and I appreciate the space.

What are the things that make a coffee shop great? The baristas? The ambiance? The coffee? This place has it all!

There is a reason Starbucks is a name-brand place and has places all-over. It's simple. It's fair priced for the quality and as long as you sit down at their tables and relax there , like a cafe. Winsdor, on the other hand is quite the opposite in all regards. Their coffee quality does not match their pricing. In addition, their space to consume their goods, the eating area, is too small to even consider worthy of sitting down, like a cafe and doing stuff. Sure, they have out-side seating, but it's just seats and a table outside , what poor effort. This place should be 30% cheaper and it would be alright to come over. But for the current prices and quality , only delusional people who think supporting "the small man" can justify their behavior. And even in that, they are wrong. It's better to have Winsdor replaced with a starbucks, if it only relies on fake empathy of being the under-dog , then it brings nothing to civilization, except unfairness.
