I placed an order for wingstop at 7:30 I was told it would come around 9:30 and I was waiting patiently just to check again at 10:20 frustrated for them to tell me 15 minutes later that they cancelled the order that’s not crazy not only did they already give us a crazy wait time the driver was there for over an hour and then tell us it’s cancelled?

Terrible. There were 5 employees, and one other customer waiting in front of us. It took 5 minutes just for somebody to realize there was someone waiting at the counter, and another 40 minutes just to get our food. The service was ATROCIOUS. All I could hear in the back was laughter. 5 people, and only 1 doing their job. They should close down at this point. They're just hiring their friends to chit chat.

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

Today I came to this restaurant and I was the first customer at the counter. After me, around 10–12 people got their orders quickly, but my order was not prepared at all. When I politely asked the Spanish girl at the cash counter how long it would take, she didn’t even respond and acted like she was annoyed with me. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope the management improves their customer service.
