The manager “TY” is very disrespectful AT THE 700 UTUCA AVE LOCATION. He needs to be fired if this store wants to be successful. He yelled at me and talked over me, when I simply notified him that I was missing 3 wings out of my 10 piece order. He then hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. FIRE THE MANAGER NAMED TY
The manager named “Ty” talked over me and yelled at me. He was totally rude when I informed him that I was missing 3 wings from my 10 piece order. All I did was politely inform him that his establishment …that he is managing is sending out orders that are incomplete. He yelled saying “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT “ and hung up in my face when I said “Why are you cutting me off and talking over me.”

They gave me the wrong order of fries and it did not look appetizing at all and kinda stunk… on top of the at the first bite of the Korean bbq tasted weird. It was a waste of money for something I did not even order do not order online from this restaurant on top of that they placed the wings in a weird way putting some of the wings at the bottom of the container with no wrapping like???? Edit: yall they put crushed bell pepper seed on like only two of the spicy Korean bbq I don’t understand I never had a problem with wingstop until I tried out this location.

yeah, nevaaaaa again. first i wanna say they missed my 3 large fries. first i was told i can go down there to get them or buy a ranch. keep in mind i have to spend around 20 bucks to make a delivery order on the app. then we call again and they told me they will give a refund for the fries and i said okay whatever. keep in mind, that’s all i had in mind because that’s the first thing i saw…. my 3 LARGE FRIES MISSING. and what makes it even worse is that as i sat down to eat whatever they gave me cuz i already had to settle with just whatever they gave me… i realized my 10 atomic boneless are missing too. They weren’t in any tray they sent me. at this point i was already super annoyed because they also missed that too. i told family to go for me because I am super super sick and as they get there, there was no one in the front and it’s a horrible atmosphere. but yeah they tell them “yeah we ain’t doing that”. basically laughed at there faces and kept playing their loud music in the back. family said we just gonna dispute and they said yeah ya do that then. horrible team. horrible service and horrible management lol. just as bad as their employees.💀 I’m not sure if they thought we lied because we only mentioned the fries in the call earlier and no meat missing. lol. but ain’t no one gonna go all the way down there for nothing. but yeah, never again. 🙄🧐 mad disappointing.

The younger worker loses her temper just because I asked if they are taking anyone's order. I almost lost my life over some chicken. They are under staffed and very unprofessional.
