This is such a special place. This food belongs in the Bible. It should be revered like the Kings and Queens and even the gods of mythology. You’re not getting better dumplings than this. The shredded meat and cabbage or leek is so tender, so sweet, spicy, sour, vinegary, and the tender sheath, the skin of the dumpling is so chewy yet soft and wheaty and flavorful like nothing else. It’s just as unique as the distinct flavor of a Cheerios or Quaker oatmeal, but completely different and better. This is just the steamed dumplings mind you. The rest of the food will need subsequent reviews. Phenomenal. Eat there today.
Edit: These days it’s all about the oxtail noodle soup. Hot dog that dish is popping.

This place is the absolute best! Hand pulled noodles are chewy and the beef broth is transcendent. The pork dumplings have an incredible depth of flavor and you get 10 to an order. There is no need to go anywhere else.

The garbage makes me want to spit it out
This place has great food and great service. It is like most restaurants around this area, you pay and then get your food. No tipping is required, you just eat and then leave. They will help you clean up after.

Growing up, one of my all-time favorite dishes has been the hand-pulled steak noodle soup from this noodle shop. My last three visits have been great, making me satisfied with my experience. I did have one experience that wasn’t quite good when I ordered it to go, as the flavor didn't quite match the dining experience. However, overall, I absolutely love this place! I highly recommend dining in inside!

Tasty, flavourful. It was hot inside during summer. For the price, worth it! They also have quite the variety. The staff were friendly.

Shi Xiu Tang and I ordered pork ribs noodles, braised pork ribs ramen and fried dumplings. But the person who ordered was playing with his mobile phone and ordered us pork ribs ramen instead of braised pork ribs ramen. It didn't taste good at all, just like boiled pork ribs.

Only soup here. All kinds. I enjoyed the beef and the lamb. Noodles are thick. Broth was delicious. Will go again.

the dumplings made me ill. I'm feeling it the NEXT DAY. I asked for recommendation for handmade noodle w/ beef but not soup, and they gave me boiled beef, noodles and not sauce. I tasted terrible and dumped it. I'm all about supporting local spots but damn not good. I would keep it moving.

The chef's cooking skills are very inconsistent. The last time I had it was fine. The mapo tofu I ordered this time was just like the leftover meat from the day before. It was oily and sour.
