I have to order a drink for additional 3$+ for a CAN of soda when ordering online ?????? If its required it should not cost extra. Should be an option

Customer service was nice, however the food was not good. Compete let down! The chicken was dry & cold & tasted like it was cooked in fish grease. Greens were bitter like they were cooked in straight vinegar, & the peas were like eating a spoon full of salt. 0/10 do not recommend!

I ordered the 2 pieces of fried chicken with baked macaroni and cheese and the green beans and potatoes. Also got some cornbread. My friend & I decided to dine in. The chicken was so juicy for the breast to be juicy and fresh. The meal cost me $10.88 to try them out! They had me right there. The mac and cheese was nice and creamy. Not understanding the 1 star reviews at all!! I will be coming back for there $10 deals. The owner was hilarious!

There food was cold , they changed my order with out asking, and it made me sick, and door dash didn't do anything about it, highly recommend staying away

3x I've been over a 1 year period. Not impressed. Greens borderline too salty to eat packed with loads of turkey which was a bonus. Mac was bland each time. I got fish 1x it was either over cooked or sat out then reheated, dry and salty. Hot sauce couldn't even bring it back. Oxtails were decent can't really complain. The jerk chicken was ok lacked flavor. Peach cobbler was good but the portion for the price was not worth it. I got a punch one time and it was sooo sweet I tjought I might get diabetes. Overall the proteins are ok except the fish and sides are underwhelming. Always greeted and the food is always ready when you get there.

Went to this place excited to eat some good food and we ordered the haddock fish with 3 sides not only was the order wrong in every aspect but the fish was so small I could of cought a bigger one in the lake myself and fried it up. I was so annoyed I asked for my money back and they would only give me half back and I took that because I didn’t want the food at all it looked terrible. $65 for 2 fish dinners with 3 sides is a little insane also!

The food is really a hit or miss most times and I hate that the consistency of the food is never the same. My collard greens were slimy one time and I didn’t receive cornbread. I decided to give it another chance, I just think rice and peas should be removed from the menu because it’s never on the menu. They’re always have white rice!

I ordered a haddock dinner, with Mac and cheese and greens, and then ordered 3 extra sides to try a bit of everything. Man the haddock was crispy, well seasoned, the Mac and cheese is one of the best I’ve had in New York wasn’t too wet held together well and seasoned down to the noodles ya heard? The cabbage was flavorful as well as the string beans had a nice kick to them but wasn’t over seasoned the side dishes complemented the main well. But don’t get it twisted the sides can stand up on their own. The orange soul punch was fire had a light peach flavor and was really refreshing. I drove over an hour to give this spot a try from Rochester and it did not disappoint special thanks to the young man who took my order and the employee who took over to make sure everything was accurate. The place had a real family feel and the food was amazing I finished it in my car. Willl definitely take the trip back to try some of their other dishes. Sunday dinner was successful

This was my first time ordering food from a Soul Food restaurant, and it was AMAZING! I got the 2 piece fried chicken meal with 2 sides. My sides were mac & cheese and collard greens. The chicken was delicious! Might be the best fried chicken I've ever had. The skin is crispy, and well seasoned and the chicken itself - wow so good, you can tell that they marinate/brine their chicken well because it's so flavorful. The sides were really good too - loved the mac and cheese very cheesy and great flavor - I respect that they don't over salt the mac n cheese - let that cheese flavor shine baby! The greens had great flavor too with turkey neck meat in there too adding dimensions of flavor that made my palate happy. Oh yeah - can't forget desert - the peach cobler was fire! I will definitely be back to try the jerked chicken over rice and other dishes. Highly recommend!

I usually just get chicken breasts from here, they are honestly the best I've had, I did get sides before and I didn't really enjoy them. My only problem is the price seems to be different every time I come, depending on who's working two chicken breasts might be $5, $8 or $10 which is really a hassle

After waiting in a nearby parking lot, waiting for an event nearby to start. I noticed several dozen people walk in and out of this business. I took a break during the event to check it out and I was blown away by the customer service. The woman is the sweetest owner I've ever met. First black owned and woman-owned business on the strip! The food was fantastic authentic out of this world. I will absolutely be back again! If you're looking for comfort food, this is the place💯

I ordered the oxtail Rasta pasta dinner for $19.99, macaroni and cheese for $6.99, and banana pudding for $6.00 through DoorDash, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The Rasta pasta dinner was the biggest letdown. I received only one decent piece of oxtail, while the rest were mostly bones. For a dish at that price, that’s unacceptable.

The macaroni and cheese looked unappetizing and tasted even worse—dry, crumbly, and nothing like what you’d expect from a proper mac and cheese.

As for the banana pudding, it was clearly just boxed pudding mix with sliced bananas added. No effort, no quality.

Overall, the food was far below expectations. I won’t be ordering from here again.
