I ordered a half of ham sub with extra oil. When I got it home and unwrapped it, I found a half a sub completely dry and ham on only half of the half. Total neglect and ignorance, how can you only put ham on half. I added picture so everyone can see the inferior product I received.

I got the chicken breast wrap on a garlic wrap and it was delicious! The chicken was seasoned very well and very tasty! The establishment was very clean and the customer service was great! I will definitely be back to try more menu items!

First overnight stay in New York and wanted an authentic New York Pizza. I'm so disappointed. Double Pepperoni, Double Cheese & Double Burnt. I'd skip this one if I were you.

This place is a solid 4/5 stars. I have gotten good food and not so good food before. My most recent order was very good. A little light on the toppings, and you need to order the pizza "well done" or you get slop. But when done right, man or man is it delicious!I prefer this pizza then the "more premium expensive place down the road". They just need to work on attention to detail :)

Friendly service even though I was there at a busy time and the young guy behind the counter was probably a little overwhelmed. Food is great at always, esp given the reasonable prices. Definitely a solid option for lunch or dinner any day! ?

We pretty much order the same thing every time. LG steak pizza and lg cheese pepperoni. They make one of the better pies in Western New York. I've only had one bad experience with service and the owner rectified.
