This is definitely not the same Amy’s Place as before. The food is disgusting and overpriced now. They microwave everything right in front of customers. My food was cold and bland. The dishes were filthy and some of the food was old and starting to rot. The staff is unprofessional. Do not waste your money here.

EDIT: They’re still trying to make this place happen by rebranding it as a cafe. This is the slowest death I’ve ever seen. It’s always empty in here unless they’re having an event. The owner needs to just let it go already.

Good breakfast place, quiet, small menu cooked well. Breakfast diner with a bohemian attitude.

Such a cosy fall cafe that serves a delicious lentil soup with cheddar, onions, and hot sauce on top. Can’t wait to go back

The owner asked me why I responded with the above rating. It was because the place was not well maintained and the food was at best poor quality; we both left our plates 90% full paid our bill and left. The owner was there and saw we didn't eat most of the food and never asked us what was wrong, I think she know the food was bad. We would never go back, and I could not recommend this establishment. Sorry. I review lots of restaurants and have thousands of followers, so I have to be honest. You asked me to respond.

The way changed their menu recently and has a lot less vegan options on it:/ like a lot less.

Nice, cozy cafe. Very friendly. I had the Prosciutto de Parma, a sandwich melt, which I'd highly recommend. Great vibe. I plan to return for one of their performance events --music, poetry, etc.

Excellent vegetarian and vegan food in a small restaurant with an eclectic setting and offbeat selection of decor and art work. Clearly student focused with a couple of colleges nearby. Run by members of a family or so it seemed. But surprisingly good, fresh food

Now caffe style, serving meat and vegan options. Full espresso bar, beer and wine. Breakfast made to order and breakfast sandwiches quick to go. Lentil dishes including lentil-berry wrap and veggie wet shoes (leaded fries). Caffe style sandwiches. Open later for show nights check out insta @amys_place_buffalo

Think 1960's coffee house in Grenich Village, NYC. Dawn did a fantastic job running the whole restaurant by herself. Reminds me of Alice's Restaurant. The BLT was very good.

Little eclectic cafe on Main Street close to UB South. Inside was much cuter and cleaner than it appeared on the outside. Food was reasonably priced. Limited menu, coffee/espresso was good. Staff was friendly.

Fun little coffee and breakfast/ sandwich shop. Many vegetarian and vegan options! Nice latte, mocha, tea, etc options as well. Super friendly service and comfortable, make-yourself-at-home atmosphere!
