Do not do business with this company. I ordered a foam chicken wing hat which cost nearly 100 dollars shipped to me. When it arrived the foam was ripped on the inside. I have tried contacting them numerous times through email and social media and have been completely ignored. I have explained that this is a birthday present for a child and literally cannot believe that a company would completely ignore a customer like this. I will be reporting them to the State Attorney Generals office. Stay away.

We visited Buffalo last Saturday and decided to try Anchor Bar. The food was great. But the service was amazing. Truly, the beat service we have had in a long time. Thank you for making it a wonderful visit.

After disregarding some negative reviews, we decided to give the original home of the Buffalo wings a shot. We should’ve went somewhere else. I can handle the slow service , meh prices and whatnot. I, however, cannot handle the lack of taste in the sampler items and wings. Honey BBQ was ok, but the Buffalo sauce was meh compared to Duff’s. Value for everything was disappointing. Fair warning: Original doesn’t mean the best. I’d spend my money elsewhere next time I’m in town.

Just because a place is known for being the original home of chicken wings doesn't mean it's good! The wings here are absolutely awful. Even if you order them crispy the texture is still terrible because it's such a low quality chicken. There's a huge difference between chicken that is pumped full of hormones and chicken that is not. I'm certain that the chicken they use here is pumped full of hormones because it has that terrible rubbery texture! I bit into a chicken wing and the texture was so disgusting I couldn't even eat it, it's like chewing rubber. If those are the kind of chicken wings you like then this is the place for you. But if you want a higher quality chicken with good texture, or like your wings crispy and not rubbery, go to Duff's!

Anchor bar servers you diarrhea 20min after you eat there wings. Stay away from there wings.
