The one near Best Buy is always closed but the one near footlockers is great. Very busy so you need to be patient, sometimes they have troubles but it’s food business it can happen.

The food is great. Auntie Anne's pretzels are delicious. That's across the board, any location I've been to. This location just happens to have terrible customer service. I went there one time, got in line, and the kids closed up, just put a sign on the counter and closed, arguing with the guy who was at the front of the line. It wasn't noon or 1 o'clock or any other round number, it was a pretty random time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that...

I DO NOT CARE what everyone else says. This place's cinnamon sugar pretzels make me CRE- crazy! No but actually,, this place could have my (boyfriend's) entire paycheck and I wouldn't even be mad. Wow.
