Every single time I've gone to brueggers they have messed the order up. You pay extra for 2 eggs and every single time they give you one. 4 times they put no cream cheese on the bagel and if you ask for extra cream cheese they don't put any on it. Won't be going back and won't recommend to anyone. Miss bagel jays.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed an online order for 7:30am 1/30/26. The person picking up stood there for 30 minutes before the order was even made. This is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service was terrible and very rude, no acknowledgement or apology. Walk-ins came in and out and no one acknowledged the online order that was placed earlier in the morning. This location has definitely gone down hill

I stopped by Bruegger’s and ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese. The flavor was good, but the bagel itself was a bit hard, and there was way too much cream cheese for my liking. The vibe was okay overall, but the experience was thrown off by a snarky cashier who didn’t seem too happy to be there. Not everyone was like that, the other worker are friendly. But it did affect the experience. I also found out they don’t lightly toast their bagels, which was a pretty disappointing since that’s how I usually like mine. My favorite thing would be the convenience! This is a good place for a quick breakfast or to grab something on the go. But overall, I’d give it a 3/5 for the decent food and the hit-or-miss service.

My daughter just went to get an order for several people and not only were the staff incredibly rude to her but her Leonardo de Veggie had MEAT on it! She’s in tears with nothing to eat….she has been a vegetarian her whole life. Outrageous.

It was my first time at this location and the food was subpar but Rachel was amazing! I had spilled my coffee and Rachel personally remade it without making me feel bad.

Bagels were not good at all. Flabby, doughy, and sesame seeds were white - not toasted. Cream cheese was not the yummy homemade stuff that bagel Jay's had but just supermarket quality pre- packaged stuff. Unfriendly service but really it is the quality of the bagels that would keep me from ever going back.
