I stopped in after work recently. I ordered the wings and had 2 bottles of Labatt's Blue. I usually go for the regular Buffalo style hot wings on my first visit to see how they handle the basics, and these were very solid wings. Large, crispy outside, juicy inside and the hot sauce was hot but not REALLY hot. Just hot enough. I must have arrived during happy hour because the single order of wings was $12.50. I was expecting more like $15. It was a good deal considering the high cost of chicken wings at most establishments. Bartenders were friendly as was the cook who delivered the wings. It's a typical neighborhood pub, but I didn't feel the suspicious eyes of the patrons when a non-regular enters that you sometimes encounter at neighborhood taverns. I kind of remember this location being called "Stony Point" back in the 80s. It probably hasn't changed much since then other than the large flat-screen televisions, but it doesn't need to change. It's great the way it is.

The perfect place for a great neighborhood top bar spot. It has everything you like about going to a townie bar. I have ordered the wings on many different occasions and they are amazing. Especially if you like your wings crispy, they do it right! My friends and I usually come once a week during their volleyball summer session and play pool and darts too. The employees and owners are great as well!
