The BEST place for authentic bangladeshi food. Everywhere else in buffalo caters to other cuisines that are more well known around the area (indian, etc) but here you can get authentic bengali dishes that you can find back home. I honestly love this place and the food is always 10/10 and really fresh. The prices are also unbeatable compared to any other south asian restaurants within the area. Highly recommend the kacchi (Lamb) biryani and morog pulao from here!
I just bought a pack of jilibi for $ 7.00 but inside the pack there were few old (from refrigerator) also! Be careful everybody from Bay Leaf product plz.

Their chicken tikka over rice one of the best iv ever had. Was getting tired of the nyc style that can’t quiet match up to the ones actually from nyc. This unique twist on the signature item was great idea. Really worth a try.I can’t give it a 5 stars though because although this dish was good, another dish I had a while back from the place was their take on pizza, and that was straight up awful.If you go here, I recommend sticking to the traditional dishes. They are great!

The CHICKEN OVER RICE is THE PLATTER to order. Man the FLAVORS ARE AWESOME!!!!! There are SOME LONG WAIT TIMES if you ORDER / CALL AHEAD.
Their snacks are really tasty. During my last visit, it was very cold, and I went in there for a cup of tea and some snacks. The shingara was quite big and tasty and tea was great. I really wish there was a bit more space for sitting and clean tables.

Horrible customer service. Everyone who works here is miserable. I swear not even one person smiled at all and its like they get annoyed when they see a customer. Food was very mid nothing special at all. There are many better bengali and indian restaurants in buffalo its better to stay away from this one with its garbage service. Also double check your receipt they will charge you more than whats listed on the menu if you dont check.
