Very bad i stopped to get BBQ Ribs for lunch at work well lunch time wow what a surprise when i opened it looked like bbq sauce was watered down with these little white pieces floating around hmm something new i see well i did eat one didnt taste the BBQ Sauceso i took one from the bottom didnt tast right threw out the night i got sick where i had to take today off i been calling to report it yesterday no answer at 6pm today still no answerSo im out $16.00 oh i got 5 ribs and a slice of bread tomorrow im calling the health dept something is not right im going to request an inspection on all meat and sauses

Awesome food. I love this family. They definitely know what they're doin and if you've never tried Big Mama's..You are late so get goin!!!

Had to wait 45 minutes for food to be ready for take out and we called ahead to order. Got a bbq chicken sandwich. Left chicken on the bone. Gave us a free dessert for the wait.

I’m a soul food lover and there haven’t been many places that match up to my favorite in Buffalo, but OOOOOOOO THIS CATFISH AND THESE CANDIED YAMS?!?!? By far the best candied yams I’ve had from a soul food place in Buffalo. The catfish? Crispy and amazing. The customer service is also GREAT. I will definitely be returning in the future.

It was my first time eating here and it was incredible! The customer service was amazing, everyone there was so welcoming and nice. And the food!!! The food was outstanding! Everything I ate I couldn’t get enough of. They fried the chicken fresh and you could taste it! The ribs were fall off the bone and the corn bread was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend, I will definitely be coming back and trying everything on the menu!!!!

The Mac- n-Cheese is awesome. I had ribs and they were to spicy for my taste. They were very tender.They really have a great thing going on.

Outside of the leafy greens, food was delic! Missed item in my takeout, had to go back and the attitude was terrible! You forgot my item,not me. Yes, an honest mistake, but with the price of gas mistakes can be expensive!

The food and service is much better when the older lady is there. Last time I was there the younger girl behind the counter was very unpleasant and the sauce was not good. Plus she precharged a a tip.

Outstanding!! I have never had fried chicken this good. Juicy without being greasy at all. Perfect breading. Fantastic flavor. My husband had the ribs and he loved them. We will be back.

I got a side of Mac, greens and corn bread. The price was great and food even better! It’s been so long since I seen a soul food place in Buffalo. I will definitely be returning and recommend the food!! ❤️❤️

The food was SO good and in good portions! My farher wanted to visit there for Father's Day and I'm glad we decided to go. The food was so good I purchased an additional dinner "to go" for my father's wife. Whenever I visit Buffalo I'll be sure to visit there. We ordered ribs (meat fell off the bone, greens, green beans, mac and cheese and cornbread. They are a restaurant that serves until items run out so I'd recommend going early or call ahead. Another suggest, call to see what specials they have that's notliared on the menu. For example they has a pork chop and rib special thia weekend. Close to Niagara Falls Boulevard area shopping if you want to get something to eat after shopping. Small 4 table eat in area, patio and ample parking area. I did not pay attention if the sold cocktails or not.

Don't order here on doordash. First time picking up an order here. There was a guy at the register, I informed him multiple times that the drink was missing (in a nice manner) but he pretended like he didn't hear me and proceeded to take the order of the lady next to me. I told him again but louder... I that just needed the drink, instead he just walked away. Then this overweight lady comes out the back telling me I have an attitude. I told her I asked several times for the drink and she proceeded to argue with me over nothing.
