Bratts Hill by Chef Darian Reviews
This was some of the best food that I've ever had! it was all seasoned to absolute perfection!! This was my 1st time here and I was so very impressed!! I recommend this place 1000 times!!
Bratts Hill does not disappoint! Spectacular food, we ordered the artisan bread, Jamaican spring rolls, blackened salmon with coconut curry sauce and pineapple salsa, and the sea bass. Everything was phenomenal! The service was also amazing, and the staff went above and beyond for my birthday. What an amazing experience!
The most amazing dining experience, an authentic Jamaican menu, and perfect atmosphere.

Bratts Hill by Chef Darian offers an authentic Jamaican dining experience with a vibrant, real Jamaican vibe. The restaurant serves true perfection in meals, such as the Tally Man Boat, Jerk Lobster, and Lamb Shank entree, all made with care by the chef and kitchen staff. The atmosphere is lively and cozy, especially when the large overhead doors are open in summer, creating a covered outdoor patio with live music and outdoor festivities. The food is excellent, with favorites like the house specialty Oxtail Ragu, which features handmade pasta and a rich, deep-flavored gravy. The menu also includes unique fusion dishes such as the Taste of Jamaica saltfish and ackee spring rolls, and the cassava fries with aioli, which are crispy and well-seasoned. A standout experience is the tableside jerk with Chef Chris, where guests enjoy smoky, tender jerk chicken served in an engaging and celebratory way. The desserts are highly praised, especially the dessert ravioli with plantains and banana fosters-style sauce, along with the coconut and lime crème brûlée. The drinks are tropical and delicious, with favorites like the Sorrel Smash. The service is friendly, attentive, and passionate, with staff providing helpful recommendations and personal touches like chat at the bar. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual outings and special occasions. Visitors often leave feeling like they’ve had a tropical vacation, eager to return for more of the exciting dishes and warm hospitality at Bratts Hill.
