The two brothers are very friendly and polite. Portions are quite large so come hungry. They have take home boxes if you need one.

The food was amazing, I was on a guy's trip wish we found this spot sooner. I had the NY steak not only looked amazing but cooked to perfection along with one of the best atmosphere they have in Buffalo, the music took me back to a simple time "old school vibes" I'm sold definitely recommend and definitely will return.

Disappointing customer service from the start. I ordered the smothered turkey wing with mac & cheese and collard greens. While the food was decent and the mac & cheese was a highlight, I was given a dirty fork and had to request plastic utensils.

Absolutely delicious, had chicken dishes and fish and everything was amazing. Extremely generous portions as well, so you can take half home and enjoy it again. Visiting from Syracuse and wish we could return again sooner!!

Everything was outstanding. I got the oxtails meal and I couldn't believe the price. $22 for oxtails and two sides. The meal was outstanding taste. Pricing was more than reasonable. My girlfriend and I also got the chicken egg rolls. Let me tell you the were on point. They had a unique sauce that came with it. The vibe for the place is low-key. Great place to enjoy a meal and have quiet. The service was great. I believe the owner served us. He is very easygoing. Highly recommend over and over. Especially this day and age, you don't get great food at affordable prices. 5 star all the way!

I had the Brother’s fried chicken sandwich with sriracha honey aoli and fries. The chicken was huge, i could barely take a bite. It was flavorful and juicy. The french fries were basic frozen fries and were a little undercooked. The service was meh, our server was sweet but you could barely hear him and he was the bartender and bus boy too. He was very busy and we had to ask him for refills. Besides needing a fresh coat of paint, the place was nice and spacious, definitely good for a happy hour event. Sadly there was no happy hour crowd. I would like to see them do well in that space as we need good soul food downtown.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and refills.

My Black/Brown Brothers and Sisters, please do not order the Macaroni and Cheese. My wife (I'm posting under her name) and I called in 2 orders to be picked up. Got home with our food, and I dug into the Mac&cheese first cause that's what I always do, and it was nasty. Tasted like noodles with cheese and lots of garlic powder. Now we all know what our Momma's Mac & Cheese tastes like, not to mention Gigi's, Mattie's and Ike and BG's on Genesee St. My wife is Italian and if we wanted noodles tasting like cheese with garlic, we woulda been sitting up in an Italian Restaurant. Old school Mac and Cheese is made with noodles, 3 cheeses, beaten eggs, maybe a little flour, salt, pepper and some Pet/Carnation milk. Why anybody would add some garlic seasoning to this recipe is beyond me! Don't do it !! 🤢

Excellent food, terrible service.
Waitor never said a word or asked if we needed anything. Had to ask to have table wiped and for napkins! Phone rang constantly and no one answered it.

That was my second visit there and the food was good. But the service is not good at all. The server and the cashier seemed to be very lazy. Moved slowly and seemed to get agitated when you asked for help or assistance.

Let me tell you all something…. I am not Keith Lee the food critic by any stretch of the means but I ordered the fried chicken with collard greens along with Mac and cheese. 😋 That dish with those sides smack!! 9/10
That chicken is flavorful, hot and seasoned well, the Mac and cheese was so tasty and woo those collard greens were outstanding. Thank You Brothers restaurant
