In lewiston and we all know there's quite a few italian restaurant but each one is different and Unique. I enjoy every visit they make you feel like family and the food is amazing. getting to know the owner's Mario & Pamela had been a total joy. see you soo
We went to Blue Cave recently to celebrate my Birthday. The staff was top notch. The food was delicious! The chef/owner even came out to talk with us. I would recommend 100%!!
Went in for first time last night. Was incredible. Best short rib I’ve ever had! Great place. Ten out of ten!!

Blue Cave Italian offers a wonderful dining experience. The food includes rich and flavorful arancini, a creamy seafood risotto special, and delicious Pasta Norma, Lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, and lasagna bolognese. The burrata & prosciutto crostini is well presented and delicious, and the homemade cannoli is just the best. The chickpea fritters were lacking, but the chef is talented and welcoming, and the service is kind, efficient, and attentive. The bartender/waitress and servers offer warm hospitality and make recommendations based on what guests like. An unexpected birthday cannoli is a fun treat. The entire experience from reservation to leaving is absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is fantastic, with homemade pasta and flavors that taste divine. It is a wonderful dining experience, and guests look forward to returning.
