We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.
So, I just witnessed the management staff, one female and one male handle an upset customer. Neither of the management staff yelled back at the customer while the customer was making a scene. The management team remain calm and eventually the customer calmed down and they worked out the issue without any further incident. I have to salute the management team. Somebody had a medical emergency in the food court. The BurgerFi team immediately called for assistance and came out to assist. Was very impressed w how quickly and diligently they reacted
