We normally go to chick fil a in Depew but were out by the mckinley area and went to this chick fil a instead. Apparently that was a big mistake. My husband got the new pretzel club sandwich with extra mustard sauce and received NO mustard sauce at all so he had to eat a dry sandwich. His cherry sprite was only filled to 3/4 of the cup AND there was a fly in the drink (see photo). I ordered a half sweet/half unsweet tea and it literally tasted like dirt water, there was absolutely no sweet tea whatsoever. Chick fil a can be so good when you order is correct and made well but the workers here very clearly do not care about quality or accuracy whatsoever. Very very disappointed.

It’s Sunday so I know that nobody’s there but y’all‘s trash is all over the parking lot closest to McDonald’s. There’s two huge black garbage bags full of your trash that are not closed and just sitting in the parking lot. This is disgusting and this leads to mice and rats. Please make sure that your employees who put the trash out know how to put the trash out properly there is no reason that your trash should be two huge trash bags unclosed on the side of y’all’s building in the parking lot that doesn’t

So my sister wanted to buy some chick fil a and she used my app to pay. She redeemed small free fries, but didn’t redeem them correctly (only to find out later at home how to do it). So we asked the cashier and her manager came up and said “um sorry we can’t give it to you because it wasn’t in your system.” Any other place would’ve given it to us nicely and instead of a 5 star review for great customer service, a one star review for pettiness because I was unfamiliar with the app. I’ll take my business to somewhere else.

Chik Fil A is usually reliable so it’s worth the extra money but this last visit the food went so downhill. It wasn’t even busy on a Thursday night at 8:00PM but nuggets were super soggy with breading coming off, and macaroni was literally HALF FULL. Super disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

We get the wrong order 2 different times we had to get back through the drive through and took the order both times, I’m concerned that the staff have trouble reading the difference green for suv and grey Audi and the second time we went around it was a blue ford f150 and we went around 1 last time and they finally got it right
