A little chaotic, honestly. Went through the drive-through, and there were people standing there taking orders instead of saying orders through the drive-through which was strange ? maybe it was broken down. The lady that took My order didn't even have my name correct. The chicken sandwich was really salty and the fries weren't done enough for my taste. Waffle fries should be crispy, not soft. I Don't think I'd eat there again!

I am not a fil-a- finatic. I do enjoy a good chicken sandwich from a fast food service restaurant. Today's visit was just perfect. Hot food served with a smile. The food was served as we sat down .The food itself was delicious (for a fast food restaurant) and the people who checked on us were polite and helpful.

Very good food and great place but sometimes service is a bit slow, workers are unhappy and rarely but often something from my order isn't right or not even there and also the drive through times are sometimes long even when it's not busy, aside from that good place for food ?
I have grown up out of the area so I have been going to chick-fil-a for 20 plus years. I have ordered from this location and both times they have forgot the sauce. Which is crazy since I have never had this issue anywhere else. Should have know when I drove by at dinner and the line was empty. Never have seen that before. Save your frustration and go to the Cheektowaga location. Sure it's busy, but they seem to be better trained.

Went back today and the chicken was great but the sandwich had nothing on it and the fries were cold and old tasting. And the girl making milkshakes would probably be a tad faster if she would stop talking omg she didn't shut up.
