Your employees working this evening (Wednesday Nov. 1st) are shameful, rude and lazy. We spent over $30 on food at this location, paying for extra protein and cheese and get not even a regular sized burrito. And an entirely skimped bowl as well. Not only that, my wife put the order in for pickup, way ahead of time, and the order still wasn't ready upon arrival. When the order was finally given to her, the bag was saturated with juices. Worst run restaurant in WNY, BY FAR !!!!!
Starts at the top.
Obviously poor management.
Food is great, when they don't run out of ingredients, but the service is dreadful.
This place, that sells burritos, actually ran out of burritos one night last month.
Whish someone else with actual business competence, would take over this place.
