This Delaware location was horrid. Line wasnt even long but the wait time was 20 min before I was serviced. I get home....the taste was horrible. The young lady had just made fresh rice...rice was so crunchy! The chicken was the bottom of the pan...I should've known....them pieces was burnt n hard!!!!!! Because its at the bottom and wasnt much so the heat made it cook faster. It all tasted like a messy garbage plate. Yuck. Chipotle not cheap to be making food with no quality!

I placed a online order that I was notified was ready at 8:30, I’ve been sitting in the drive through lane at the window since 8:28 no acknowledgment I can literally see my order. As shown in the pictures below the lines that has accumulated and the manager that hasn’t approach the window 35 minutes without a hey what did you order or name is unacceptable

This location regularly is missing ingredients. Usually doesn't have fajita veggies, doesn't have the limited edition protein, ran out of side tortilas... This last time I went, they ran out of both rices. And when they did finally bring a brown rice, it was extremely crunchy. The chips I ordered were practically inedible because of how stale they were. This particular Chipotle is usually a mess.
Edit: My friend recently went here and said some employees was making fun of the way she was standing while waiting for her online order, and it made her very uncomfortable. That was unnecessary and wholly unprofessional. It's never ok to comment on someone's appearance, especially when they are doing something as ordinary as standing. Will NEVER patronize this location again. This has turned me off of Chipotle!!

It is extremely disappointing to pay 20 dollars for a burrito, only for it to be the complete wrong order. TWICE! I will not be going back to this location unless I get refunded for this order. If im gonna buy an overpriced burrito, I at least want it to be correct.

First thing you see when you walk in is who knows what smeared all over the windows and doors. Nasty looking. Ordered food from a confused staff. Went to get utensils, 4/6 of the bins were empty and there were no napkins. The staff was rude when I asked for utensils.
Then we sat down to eat outside. The chips were stale. Went back in to get another bag, even more stale.
Went to throw out our trash after and every garbage can was overflowing.
On top of that, my stomach is very upset the next day. Wondering about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Will not be back, awful experience for $38. Felt like something out of a movie.
