Been here twice loved the ice cream and vibe which is why we came back but the service has been bad both times. Aloof confused teen girls. There’s GF cookies on the menu but both times they’ve said they’re all out and when I asked when they have them they said they had no idea. And then we got sundaes and they accidentally charged us extra for something, didn’t notice till we brought it up, and didn’t know how to fix it.

Delicious delicious cookies! My favorite is the macadamia cookies, it’s soft and melts in your mouth. The ice creams are also great! The strawberry cheese cake ice cream flavor tops it off for me.

Super cute little place, and while I appreciate that they’re pretty much the only ice cream place in the neighborhood, I can’t say I’m blown away. It says “shakes” on their window but they don’t serve shakes, disappointing and confusing right off the bat. The ice cream was gritty almost, like it thawed and was refrozen. The girls at the counter were nice but not super helpful to a couple folks who’d never been here before.

I wish that we would’ve come here sooner! Cookies and Cream on Elmwood is one of the coolest ice cream spots in Buffalo. It’s beautiful and nostalgic. Delicious ice cream sundaes are served up by the friendliest staff. We are looking forward to a quick return to cookies and cream!

a bit overrated ngl got strawberry cheesecake and the ratio of strawberry, cheese, icecream was sooo off like i got one scoop of it and only got like 2 little pearls of cheesecake

Went here for the first time and tried some cookies. The salted caramel cookie was decent and the S'mores cookie was more interesting than I would've imagined. It tastes like Cocoa Puffs cereal. Not a bad tasting cookie,I'm sure lots of people will find it to be delicious. I just wouldn't get it again. Great service and atmosphere,a nice hangout spot
