Ordered a shake it clearly wasn't full or even close to full. Asked the worker if this is how they're supposed to be and he said they come that skimp. Pretty weird to get a drink barely over half full after paying $6 for it

Got the confetti cake blizzard and it had a weird taste, I determined that it had chocolate ice cream towards the bottom, must be the person before ordered something with chocolate. Will try again but hopefully with no chocolate in it.

We purchased some ice cream buster bars and chocholate parfet
Online and the sign says open at 10:30am. Our family came there and clearly saw a worker in there, but she would not help us. The window was still closed regardless of the open sign being fully lit up. We went going to leave the parking lot and saw another customer being helped so we went back to the window. The worker did take our order than told us, it would be 5-10mins extra since the machines just were turned on. This is unacceptable, if a worker cannot come to work on time they should be the opening worker or maybe hire someone to open the restaurant PRIOR to the opening time.

Hello I went to this Dairy Queen; was served banana split without bananas ?went back to make them aware a young teenager along with the boss was mocking me, I felt bad for the teenager asked why were you mocking a customer bad teaching from the leader.

Anytime we come here the workers are just so friendly and fast. Even during their busy season or after school the wait is never wrong. Everything is always correct and the same as if you'd go to another Dq. I cant say enough good things about staff and workers. They are an actual team and you can tell they love their jobs.
