Service was great but you guys are the reason why people in Buffalo don’t like duffs. Walked in at 12:05pm (opens at 12) nobody there, ordered 20 wings extra crispy and they were mush. Gummy soggy mush. No excuses. It’s like you turned the fryer on and didn’t get it to temp and threw our wings in. The duffs in Depew can have a full house with people pouring out the door waiting for a table and they are consistently cooked perfectly. Never again will I continue to give OP...read full review
Best wings will definitely be coming back
We went to Duffs in OP today for lunch. We ordered too much food, but brought it home for dinner. However our server Madeline was wonderful. The best server we have had in a long time anywhere. She was busy but kept checking on us. If you go to Duffs ask for Madeline. Very sweet as well.
