Under new ownership. Music playing when walking in. Greeted and sat right away. All new workers. Menu is changed as well. I got the pollo con crema, it now comes with corn. They also have soft corn tortillas.

El Palenque is under new management. The days of ordering a #29 combination platter every single visit are in the past - the new menu is actually really good! I am really looking forward to trying more of the new dishes here - what I tried was excellent and really surpassed my expectations. Here's hoping the new management can keep the momentum!

had a bad week. needed a night out with my best friend. el Palenque was the perfect fix on my Friday night. the waitress was so kind and patient. we sat there for hours with our margaritas catching up and decompressing from our mom lives. it was the most relaxing night out. we ordered some food enjoyed some drinks and talked and laughed until close. we will be back for another pitcher and yummy foods
