food is meh. the prices are laughably high. an order of fries with a side of nacho cheese came out to $7. combo meals are like $17. fast food at sit down restaurant prices

The half tuna sub on the toasted sesame rolls were my favorite! Got one tonight and it was less than half the size it used to be! The roll was thin, perfect for a hot dog. Gone was the big crusty toasted sesame rolls. It was wildly disappointing. No more will we be making a special trip to get what was once a favorite. The taco salad was half the size. Such dramatic changes in portion size all at once was incredibly obvious. Shrink-flation is one option, but I'll pass.

On 8/22/24 we pulled into the drive thru at 10:45pm. The employee answered and told us to take a look at the menu and he would be right back to take our order. We waited for several minutes (the kids were really hungry). I asked if they were still there a few times with no answer. Then, I noticed a female employee leaving the side of the building. I pulled up to the window and they had shut the lights off and left. I know we pulled in late at night, but they're open until 11pm. I can understand if the employees had already cleaned and didn't want to dirty their stations or make food. Just tell us we are too late to order. I would have understood and gone somewhere else. Don't tell us to wait and you'd be right back. That was unprofessional and a waste of time.

It's definitely more on the Taco Bell side of authentic, but that was expected. I was happy to get tacos and a sub in one meal deal.

ETS has been a favorite of mine since 2012, but they have been steadily going downhill the past few years. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, quality of the product is inconsistent, and with all of this hullabaloo about how the owners have been treating their staff, I can no longer recommend this as a Buffalo classic ☹️ Hopefully they get it together soon.

Our go-to for lunch. There chimichangas are the best. Very quick with orders.

Did the portions get smaller?? Ordered our usual and both were smaller than we're accustomed to. Still tasted great, but disappointing.

I wanted extra extra crispy and got barely done. Gave girl at Front counter took my name, and when my food was done instead of handing me my food, she walked it all the way to the pick up shelf labeled A to Z by the door.
