Loved the pizza, so different with a perfect crispy crust still with a great light soft dough. Great choice of toppings. Service and atmosphere adds a cool vibe. Added a fresh Ceasar salad and a bottle of wine for awesome lunch, that rolled into an afternoon spent in the city. Plan to get a shortrib bowl next time.

I tried this place yesterday with a coworker and WOW so amazing. I went back again today with another coworker because it was that good. Best pizza in all of Buffalo and the surrounding areas. I have had pizza from everywhere around Buffalo and surrounding areas and this pizza is by far the greatest. I will be back all the time.

Prova has really upped its game lately when it comes to food quality. Breakfast burritos are delicious, latte's are the best in town and the bagels from Logan's bagels are terrific. Staff is efficient and friendly.

Stopped in on a whim while bike riding downtown and ended up having the best time! First off, the detroit-style pizza and fresh ground espresso are delicious and at a great price point too. BUT what really made me want to give a review was the customer service. It was my birthday and the two employees found out and they went out of their way to make sure I was celebrated. Prova has officially become a new fave spot and I will be stopping in regularly. Great vibes all around :)

Amazing overall atmosphere once you step into the restaurant, this is one of my all time favorite spots to stop for a quick snack. Although when it comes to customer service they’re lacking. One server/cashier in particular always seems to give off a snarky demeanor. Which almost takes away from the positive aspect of the restaurant.

I've been visiting Prova for the last 6 months or so. The food is fantastic, the vibes immaculate. The staff is incredible and I am so I decisive they always have great suggestions on new things to try. The coffee another A+, their seasonal drinks are clever, creative and delicious.
Love the convenience and location. Enjoyed everything that I’ve tried so far. The Blueberry and Lemon Scones are some of the best I’ve had. Staff is really friendly and always give great recommendations. This place is a hidden gem in downtown Buffalo!
