I trained at Gold Summit for many years and I was lucky to do so. You will not find a better place to train traditional martial arts in the area. The master is meticulous in her training techniques. Her knowledge is transferred to her students with skill and determination. The atmosphere of the school has a calming strength. The kung fu classes are tough and transformative. The tai chi classes also work you while developing your chi.
