Myself and my daughter dined at Hutch’s for the first time while we were in Buffalo, it was THE BEST complete dish I have ever had!! We live about an hour and a half away and already made plans to come back on my daughter’s birthday. The entire evening was absolutely amazing.

Hutch’s is hands down one of the finest restaurants in Buffalo. The ambiance, food, the drinks, the list goes on. But the shining star is the service! Rachel & Julian continually give 5 star service, rolling out the red carpet to make their guests feel special. Julian even got strawberries to muddle into a fantastic drink for me! Just one of many reasons why I love hutch’s and will always have hutch’s at the top of my list!

We waited over an hour and a half for our food and people that came in after me and my family got their food in less than 5 minutes. And they got their food comped and had several items for free when we only got our drinks that would have costed $10 dollars extra.

To start off the evening, Taylor was an excellent hostess and accommodated our every request. Once seated, our waiter, Mark, was friendly, knowledgeable, and super attentive. The back waiter was excellent and wrapped our leftovers so they wouldn't spill or leak. After dinner, Dexter was wonderful at the back bar. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was no longer serving soft shell crabs. We ordered the escargot as an appetizer. Dinners were the bone-in monkfish, Portuguese fish stew, and the curry blacked grouper. All cooked to perfection. Another great evening at Hutch's.

No question one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. A little pricey but worth it. The view of the gas station across the street I could have done without. Put a curtain up over that window.
Absolutely delicious. I love that they incorporate seasonal items to their specials menu as well. This place gives the Chophouse a run for its money.

First time here, while overall it was a nice experience there are some areas of improvement.
The pricing is higher than what the overall experience requires, let me explain.
Ambience; dated weird leopard print carpet. The chairs were rickety, everyone in our party had wobbly chairs.
You were given bread, but it was handed out like a bread line, not sure what the limit was, but I had 2 pieces, they were cold, probably would taste better warm.
The server while extremely nice and thoughtful, was only around a couple of times, maybe by policy?
The restroom was nice, tiny but nice and clean.
The food was really good, portions were in line of you were on a diet, I guess too much of a good thing is bad for you.
Overall, not bad, not what I expected, we were there for a birthday, they asked if there was an occasion, we mentioned birthday and there was no action, why ask?
