Love Jim's steakout they are my go to place for lots of good grub food. The steak taco is delicious and I like the steak hoagie.

Manager was very rude and denied my service dog. I went in to use the ATM and she continued to say “No Animals” and I tried to explain that he was a service animal for my seizures. That was very rude.

I guess I'm still in shock, I used to love Jim's... when did it change? This Diavlo was disgusting, how can it taste like nothing but grease but still be dry. This isn't the Jim's I know and I won't be coming back. If you want to get quality for your hard earned money try a different place.

Nothing fancy but definitely delicious, it's a bit pricier than I'd hope with some options but overall it's not super expensive, far less so than ETS across the street and in my opinion far better in general. Staff have always been nice and helpful if needed, Food is well above fast food quality and while definitely not healthy food it's extremely delicious. It's also nice that hours go as late as they do. I wish there were more options for those with gluten related allergies and vegetarians but definitely well worth going to if those things don't affect you.
