Manager said she didn't know the bathroom code after I paid for food just to use the bathroom. My sub had a long hair in it, they refused to remake it. I threw the sub out. Ridiculous had a hair in my food and couldn't even use the bathroom. The worst place I've ever been to. Why even bother coming here. Go anywhere else. I would avoid this location at all costs. They have really shady and rude people working here. I will be calling Jim's Steak out corporate number and informing them.

I arrived after receiving a text thaty food was ready and had to wait 25mins just for the guy to give me my food. There were 7-8 others all just waiting on food that was already prepared and just sitting. I guess the workers wanted to make all the orders before giving any orders to anyone. Smh I'll just go to another place from now on. That was a bad experience.
