I haven’t been here in about 20 years! I let Dwayne know and that it’s my children’s first time here. Well, Darrius made our food exceptional! The person I spoke to was extremely rude and argumentative when I was asking about a time for my meal which was only a taco. Decided not to get my food from here because of the way I was talked to and treated.

We just stopped at Jim's on Sheridan by Walmart. There was a guy outside on his phone when we walked up. He watched us walk by him to go in the restaurant and followed us in. Then he went in the back somewhere and never came to the counter. No one came to the counter, nobody making any food and we stood there for at least 5 minutes. So I guess nobody was working there.

I’m a huge fan of Jim’s. But 2 workers currently working need to work on its customer service skills and reading comprehension. I ordered 2 fries and they tried saying I mistyped it. When it clearly had it. They told me to look at the ticket but there wasn’t one. They checked the monitor and realized the mistake but still tied faulting me.
It’s the little things that goes a long ways.

I ordered over the phone, asked for a veggie hoagie no cheese. So I came back and he remade me another sandwhich and I said no cheese again. YET AGAIN HE OUT CHEESE ON IT. SMH. NEVER GO TO THAT RESTURANT AGAIN. I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE. LAZY WORKED AMD DO NOT CARE. I SAID ON THE PHONE MULTIPLE TIMES AND IN OERSON IN FRONT OF HIM IN HIS FACE. STILL MADE IT WITH CHEESE. Did some cross border shopping and wanted to find somewhere new to try. This spot was perfect after a long day, service was fast and friendly and the best part is they are open late! Food was delicious, menu is fun, lots to choose from, will be back next time we come.
