My significant other wanted to do something nice for his aunt and I. Our waitress was good at first and then after we ordered our food she wasn't sociable and kept walking away when we tried to talk to her. Our dishes were dirty (plates and silverware) and when we asked for 3 new forks she only brought one. She also sent someone else to our table to ask if we needed anything else when she was just standing there and there was eggshells in my meatballs with my food.

I don't leave reviews unless an establishment earns it and wow did JT's deliver. We were given excellent service, great tasting food and amazing cocktails. We will definitely be returning.

The hostess was rude, but our waiter was fantastic. He was attentive, polite, and overall just very nice The food wasn't great. The lobster bisque was alright, somewhat salty. Someone in my party order the pork chops. in the description, it says "hot and sweet peppers" but when they tried it, the peppers were just incredibly spicy which resulted in them not being able to eat it whatsoever because the peppers covered the pork chop and everything on the plate. Someone else ordered the steak sandwich, and there was barely any steak on the sandwich. They opened up the sandwich to see that the portion barely covered the middle of the bread and it was most veggies and bread. Two other people ordered the traditional bolognese and the other the fettuccine and scallops. both were very good The cocktails were very good, and the dessert was very delicious as well. the crème brûlée had an orange flavoring in it that was amazing. they gave us sparklers in our desserts for our birthday

I booked this reservation for my birthday 3 months in advance and they sat us back by the kitchen where people were running in and out and kept bumping my gust, as well as if a guest pulls out of your reservation and doesn’t come you have to pay a 14 dollar fee on top of if you have a special occasion and bring cake it’s a 2.00 per slice for each person even if they don’t cut it or supply cutting utensils!!? and the food was a 4 (being nice) my pizza was like if you put heavy objects on a wet piece of paper!! But my waiter was amazing, thank you jt for the Italian experience also the cocktail was great too!

Please try the spinach and artichoke quiche with greens. It was simply to die for. Everyone at the table who ordered this agreed that it was the best quiche we've ever had. Excellent, well done ? We will be back very soon.

Definitely NOT the best brunch. Got here right when they opened. We’re seated promptly but took over an hour to get our food. Asked if the gravy was white and was told yes only to get our food and see it was clearly brown. Felt like we were forgotten based on how long our food took and were never asked if we were doing okay. Not a kid friendly restaurant either.

Omg,Me and girlfriend went for brunch this morning and William was our server William was awesome, from the way he described certain menu items, to customer service. The food was awesome. I will definitely come back and try dinner service next time

Pricey place for pizza and wine. Pizza could've been adorned with more ingredients for the price. If it weren't for the $150 bill for two pizzas and 3 carafes of wine we'd go back.

JTs is my by far favorite restaurant in Buffalo NY. Especially for their brunch menu. I LOVE LOVE JTs. I have sat at both the bar and at the table and I would say that they have by far the best customer service. There Flora drink is my go to. For brunch I recommend the shrimp and grits or the steak in eggs. They have such a trendy / goth vibe with the dark colors and low lights. In the summer they open the patio and top patio to offer more light and to bring in the elmwood vibe outside. Like I said I LOVE JTs and they almost can do no wrong in my eyes, which at this point I do have a bias. They have the best Caesar Salad, it has real anchovies for taste and large portions. Everything is cooked with lots of flavor. I would love to work here maybe only to get the perks of eating other peoples food lol. If JTs ever needs a social media influencer I would love to volunteer as tribute.
