Delicious tea ! I got the Sakura rose boba milk tea (70% sugar) and it was delicate and refreshing. My bf got the brown sugar boba milk (also 70% sugar) and he really enjoyed it.

This is a local gem, you absolutely can’t miss it!! I adore coming here with my friends! The tea and desserts are phenomenal and the staff are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. They’re always updating their menu with fun new drinks :)

I visited this location this afternoon and the customer service was great! but the brown sugar dirty milk was not favorable at this location. It was a lack of brown sugar and the Tapioca wasn't sweet and overly chewy. I wouldn't order that drink from there but the passion fruit was good.
