Amazing food and drink!!!!
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My husband and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary yesterday and we could not have asked for a better dining experience! We both had a mocktail to start. Highly recommend both the Gutterball and All Aboard, very fruity and flavorful! For dinner, I ordered the double cheeseburger with potatoes; the patties were extremely tender and the potatoes had an excellent crispness to them. My husband ordered the Chana Masala pizza. THIS PIZZA WAS AMAZING! So unique and fresh, please don’t ever take this off the menu! Service was very attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back, thank you for making a part of our anniversary perfect!

I very much enjoy the atmosphere at Marble & Rye, although I don't go often it's one of my favorite downtown spots. On my recent visit I was kind of disappointed in both the drink and food menus. They were good, and no specific complaints, they just weren't up to the standards I was used to for Marble & Rye. I'd be more inclined to go to the nearby Graylynn, even though I don't like the atmosphere quite as well.

I was excited to try Marble and Rye for the first time. I have heard great things about it over the years, and wanted to take my two friends there for a nice dinner in honor of their birthdays. When I made the reservation the week prior, I had a nice booking experience over the phone and was asked whether this was for a special occasion. I was said it was, and she said she would make a note of it. They placed us at the front table in the big window (best table in the house!) The reservation was for 7pm.
This restaurant choice was a splurge for me, but I was ready to pay for top-notch food and cocktails in a chic, downtown setting. I dressed up for this special occasion and was sure to get to my reservation on time. (Figuring out parking put me in there at 2 minutes past 7).
The place was not busy when I arrived, just a few people at the bar. I realized that morning that there was a Bills game the same night. I don’t follow football so I didn’t know ahead of time. Sweet, we had the place to ourselves! Or maybe, shame on me for not being a football fan. I realize that I am in the minority, but I love the Bills for everyone else in Buffalo, because they love it. I fully support people’s fandom and the camaraderie it brings to Buffalo. I didn’t expect it to negate the importance of being a paying customer at a nice restaurant.
We all ordered a cocktail to start, and three small plates. Everything was delicious. We were there for about 40 minutes, the whole of which it took for these items to come out. Then our server, Jake asks for our entree orders, and we weren’t decided right away. We had been talking, enjoying our evening, and taking our time in this beautiful lounge-like setting, and didn’t mind that the staff was watching the game on a tv at the other end of the restaurant. But then Jake tells us the kitchen is going to be closing in 15 minutes because the restaurant is slow. At 8 pm. I checked online and the restaurant closes at 11pm. Is it standard for the restaurant to do this? Or was it because everyone wanted to watch the game and we were being annoying just by being there? So we hurried up and decided on a pizza to share. (Also delicious)! After that, we decided not to stay for another few drinks, or dessert. There is a nice selection of amaros and after dinner drinks on the menu. We would have stayed, as we were making a special night of this, but we suddenly felt like we were a hinderance—unwanted customers in the restaurant. It was subtle, but we all agreed. Instead of afterwards thinking about the wonderful food and lovely drinks we enjoyed, feeling this way about the service left a bad taste in my mouth. I still tipped 18%. Sadly, I may never return to this establishment.
My friends and I all have backgrounds in service, specifically the restaurant industry. It’s how we met years ago, and something we have bonded over. I realize customers can be annoying, but we did our utmost to be great, low-maintenance guests. I didn’t think it was too much to ask for great service and a welcoming atmosphere in return. I had high hopes, but was ultimately disappointed.
TLDR: the food and drinks were delicious, even if expensive, but we felt pushed out of the restaurant before we were finished enjoying our evening. It put a damper on a special birthday dinner for friends.

The food was amazing!! My only complaint is that the server didn't pack all of my food left on my plate into my box of leftovers. I was really looking forward to those last few bites of the delicious potatoes that came with my burger. I don't care if it's only a single bite, put it in the box! Don't throw it away! Lesson learned, I'm never allowing a server to pack up my leftover food ever again.

Detroit style pizza. Cheese, pepperoni, jalapeno, and onions. Checked all the boxes. Thick fluffy middle with crunchy edge crust. Plenty of toppings. Heavy sauce if that's your thing.

Firstly...the whole vibe is inviting and relaxing. We ordered a few things to share ...the rice salad was flavorful, light and refreshing!! And for the love of God!!! Who knew potatoes could taste so damn good!!! Then dipped in chimichuri and creme fresh....mind and palate blowing!!! Finally the bolognase pizza!!! The crust was light and flavorful but a solid base for the sauce and cheeses so delicious!!!! I highly recommend this establishment!!!! I will be enjoying my leftover rice salad and pizza for lunch tomorrow!!!!!

This is a place I will go back to multiple times. First the atmosphere is great, the music was not too loud and had a 1960s heist vibe, it's modern, big enough to not feel crowded but feels personal. The service was top tier, they were there when you needed them like they could read your mind, water was constantly filled and finished plates were taken away promptly. Very large drink menu with plenty of cocktails to bring me back to try another. The food was incredible, small menu and I do wish there was one or two more small plate options that were not starch or carbs. Overall a great experience that I would recommend.
Parking: Plenty of parking on the streets within walking distance and there are paid parking lots.

Wonderful atmosphere. Great food and coctails. Looking forward to going again ?
I came in about a week ago for their happy hour and had a great experience! They have a nice happy hour menu, I got a smaller portion of the cucumber salad that was seasoned well and a great portion for an individual app.For my main, I had gotten the burger which was DELICIOUS. The double patty with cheese gives you the perfect bun to meat ratio. Grilled to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The side of potatoes have a great crunch with a wonderfully fluffy interior and an even better side of chimichurri. Quite frankly I’d buy the chimichurri by the jar if I could.Lastly, for dessert I had the olive oil cake. It was nice and light, the brown butter applesauce added a nice balance. The fennel sugar smelled like fennel but was overpowering to the palate. And to top it all off I had a great stout with my meal as well.Overall, great atmosphere with great food to pair. I look forward to returning again.

The pickle pizza and the crispy potatoes are crack
Vegetarian options: Definitely can find something on the menu if you’re a vegetarian. I don’t believe they offer a vegetarian burger option which is the only bummer
