The waiter was so nice and very understanding of our tree nut allergies and was very helpful with the whole process. The food was amazing, they make their own bread and buns and all the food was very fresh. The atmosphere was very calming and very spacious. It sent feel lighter were all cramped together like in a normal restaurant. Best place ever

It's not easy to find a basic GF pizza dough in a restaurant that is impressive let alone a specialty dough. I considered it to be impossible to find a thick, pliable and airy Detroit GF crust but M+R has done it! The GF dough is out of this world!!
The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous, the bartender was warm and welcoming and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back

My boyfriend and I tried out this restaurant on whim a few months back and have quickly found ourselves coming back weekly. The food is always wonderful (thank you chef). We make sure to try everything seasonal. And have thoroughly enjoyed every single thing thats been plated for us. The drinks are all well thought out and taste amazing. But the best part is the staff. Each person is always so kind and welcoming. But we gotta give a special shout out to Meg and Connor. They are the best of the best. Great experience! We were instantly greeted with a warm smile and contagiously positive energy from Meg (who also had the cutest blazer on). The pasta bolognese was delicious and the chocolate ganache was very very delightful! Connor our sever was very knowledgeable & friendly! We’d definitely come back :)

Cool place but underwhelming. Service was ok. Cocktails and Pizza were great. Unfortunately the Pasta bolognese was literally meat hot sauce over pasta not a mirepoix in sight. It tasted like a garbage plate.

We held our rehearsal dinner here. They shut the entire restaurant for us. It was beautifully decorated, the staff were amazing and friendly, the food and drinks were excellent. The owner is a great guy and was great doing business with. Strongly recommend for dinner or hosting an event.

I’m not sure why it has taken me so long to make my way over to Marble + Rye! They have been on my (actual) list for a while now, and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
We started off with the crispy potatoes, the legendary Caesar salad, and the lovely ricotta toast. The portions were plentiful, and filling.
We also got the Bolognese pizza, and the smell of the spices meat was as warm and inviting as it tasted! The crust was perfection — no notes on anything!
Cocktails were also lovely, perfectly balanced flavors and ingredients all around.
Ps. Get the affogato ;)

Hadn't been back in a few years - was a great dinner before seeing Wicked at Sheas. They had a special - peanut butter noodles - was delish! My cocktail was great too. Love a place that had a picture of the glass that the drink will be served in on the menu, so you know what to expect.
This place is a littl3 hidden gem downtown. Food, staff, mocktails and cocktails are on point.

Food was top notch, and service was even better. We were there early on a Monday night, and the server made some great recommendations for our cocktails when we asked questions. My daughter has dietary limitations, and they were extremely accommodating with her needs as well. My party and I were all so genuinely surprised and pleased with our experience at Marble and Rye last night. It was our first time and we had a good feeling about it but could never have anticipated just how much it would surpass any expectations! I actually appreciated the food menu being small, you can tell it is thoughtfully created and everything we had was so delicious and well made. The cocktail menu is where things really start to shine though. Such intentionally curated combinations that I never could have imagined that work so well together! It was so fun to try different ones and experience the way the components complimented each other so well. And the service? Attentive without being overbearing, consistently anticipating our needs before we needed to seek out anything. The ambience was beautiful and relaxing, from the colors to the lights and the music. And Meg! Such a sweet, caring, TALENTED soul! As much as I would love to gate keep this place if you have found this I urge you to go!
