I came in about a week ago for their happy hour and had a great experience! They have a nice happy hour menu, I got a smaller portion of the cucumber salad that was seasoned well and a great portion for an individual app.For my main, I had gotten the burger which was DELICIOUS. The double patty with cheese gives you the perfect bun to meat ratio. Grilled to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The side of potatoes have a great crunch with a wonderfully fluffy interior and an even better side of chimichurri. Quite frankly I’d buy the chimichurri by the jar if I could.Lastly, for dessert I had the olive oil cake. It was nice and light, the brown butter applesauce added a nice balance. The fennel sugar smelled like fennel but was overpowering to the palate. And to top it all off I had a great stout with my meal as well.Overall, great atmosphere with great food to pair. I look forward to returning again.
The pickle pizza and the crispy potatoes are crackVegetarian options: Definitely can find something on the menu if you’re a vegetarian. I don’t believe they offer a vegetarian burger option which is the only bummer

Wonderful find! Creative cocktails (recommend the Meg Nog, Pool Boy, and Buffalo). The bolognese was amazing, but the burger was a standout. Service was friendly but not overbearing. Awesome

The double cheeseburger is THE BEST BUGER IN THE WORLD. Everything about this burger is perfection. Plus, the side of amazingly hot and CRISPY potatoes are the greatest side ever made.The cocktail menu is impeccable. I had the “Secret Sipper” - Saffron infused vodka with some other magic, served in a nifty pineapple shaped glass with some pink peppercorns on top. It’s truly great!This place is delicious. The staff is the best. Marble and Rye is ELITE.Thanks for the great night. Much Love ❤️

Marble & Rye is truly a special place. From the great atmosphere, to the incredible menu, this restaurant is easy to include in a list of the best restaurants in Buffalo.I started with the spicy cucumber salad which was life changing. I am so thankful they have a video of the recipe on their Instagram because I will 100% be making this at home. It hit so many different flavors and textures!Next I had the double cheeseburger. Living in NYC, I’ve had many smashed burgers and this one tasted so fresh! It was served with super crispy potatoes, and two dipping sauces. I personally love ketchup, but these dipping sauces (Chimichurri & Crème Fraiche) went so well with the meal that I didn’t miss it.We ended with the donut ice cream, which was very delicate in flavor. It was the perfect treat to wrap up the meal!Next time I want to try their pizza, and maybe a cocktail or two
I thought this place would be better from all the hype. It was good and I don't regret eating here. We took a chance and ordered pickle Detroit pizza expecting dill pickles. We got bread and butter pickles. The cocktails were solid, but not entirely memorable. The service was excellent and it's worth a go.

Out-of-towner experience- The food was spectacular… we had the Caesar salad (yummy, one of the best we’ve ever tried), fried rice (tofu was perfectly cooked and small pieces), cheeseburger (my husband said it was in the top 3 he’s ever eaten and even the pickle garnish was mouthwatering), bolognese pizza (heavenly), pepperoni pizza (delicious and the crust was so, sooo good), crispy potatoes (I don’t know how to describe them other than PERFECT and the chimichurri dipping sauce was out of this world), powdered donut ice cream & lemon meringue ice cream (both deserts were creamy and not too sweet we just couldn’t fully enjoy them bc we were stuffed with all the other amazing food. Absolutely DIVINE!! We also ordered quite a few drinks but those really weren’t a hit for us personally but if you like quirky combinations maybe it will be right up your alley. The atmosphere was so fun, loved the arcade games, and we had fabulous wait staff. We will be back to visit before our trip ends and we would fly back to Buffalo just to visit this establishment again. I just wish I could give it a 10 star review bc it deserves it. ?Vegetarian options: Fried Rice with tofu was a huge hit! I enjoy my food a little bit spicer but that is definitely a personal preference. Great flavor profile and would 100% order again, next time I’ll see if they have some sriracha or hot sauce to add to it.

My first Buffalo restaurant experience and boy was I not disappointed.Friendly greeting as soon as you step in. Waitress was a joy.Our server gave us the perfect amount of space and was never pushy.The menu was small, but the food was amazing.A new favorite spot for me in Western NY.

Absolutely incredible experience. Everyone was so nice. Food was impeccable. The smash burger sauce and home made pickles were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The pizza was great and The donut ice cream was insane good. Drinks were perfect. Planning to go back very soon!
