messed up my entire and had the wrong sauce on my burger which I AM ALLERGIC TO AND PAID EXTRA FOR A DIFFERENT SAUCE and didn’t give me my fry or my chicken nuggets and even my sauce for the nuggets then tried calling and they sent to voicemail 5 times and i can’t go back because i don’t have transportation which is completely not fair!! i shouldn’t have to pay money for food that I DID NOT WANT AND CANT HAVE!!!! worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to

This should be 0 stars. Only McDonalds with a playplace in 20 miles. It's the middle of winter and there is no heat. Are you trying to get kids sick? No soft drinks either with no good explanation. We were instructed to take a table tent and wait for our food, only to have our food get cold at the front. Is there no oversight to provide a safe and inviting atmosphere? Is this McDonald's only open because it is on a busy road and doesn't have to care about customer service?

Never go to McDonald's because it's a cesspool. Out of the blue, I really want a diet coke so decide to swing through. I ordered a 4 piece nugget. Get home and inside my 4 piece nugget box is a freaking sausage pattie. By itself. Crammed into the box. What in actual hell is going on over there.

Went there for DoorDash and kids told me they closed they not taking orders they not doing anything for customers . I hope manger fires him. It was a night shifter apparently he runs in the back when seeing people . Find a new worker! Bad customer service everything was closed lying about being 24hr

I ordered here a few times in the drive thru and they always add or remove things! And if I ask for ranch they always give me the wrong sauce, forget to do simple things like remove mayonnaise or add lettuce. The works are so unprofessional and rude and even tried to pretend they were closed on of the times I went through the drive thru at night. I called to ask how much a McChicken was, since I couldn't find it on their website. The lady who answered told me she "couldn't check", so I asked if it said somewhere on the menu and she got mad and hung up on me!
