If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed a late night/early morning order. Three sandwiches were missing. Also if I’m paying for lettuce to be added, I expect lettuce to be added. Waited in a line that was wrapped around the building a 2nd time only to get an attitude from the associate like I was the one that messed up the order. Got home to find the sandwiches were very sloppily made (mayo hanging off edge of bun but mostly on the wrapper), their pop tanks needed to be changed as their pop had only a hint of flavor, and our food was ice cold. Tried calling the restaurant several times, but nobody answered so I will be calling corporate office tomorrow.

Food tastes good, IF it's made right and IF it's served in a timely manner. Problem is it's seldom made proper, NEVER gets served in a timely manner, and every time I order, whether it's pickup or delivery, they ALWAYS forget something.

Have to repeat myself multiple times while ordering in the drive thru, vulgar language getting used while paying, and then I have to wait for my food while multiple people behind me quickly get their orders. Then they ended up giving me the wrong food in my order. Rude staff, horrible service, not worth it.

I went through the drive-through and gave the man my order. I ordered a fan and he messed up my drink. For was a sweet tea instead I got a Sprite the manager Christina had a problem and said I need to pay for it. Even though it wasn’t my mistake, she had a nasty attitude, and the food was cold. To be a manager with that kind of attitude would never be accepted in a store that I would’ve been in charge of . This was very disappointing, Christina

Staff tonight was completely incompetent. Ordered the mafia box burgers cheese and onion only the burgers had everything on it and the fries were cold. Also had a large double quarter pounder with cheese and onion ONLY meal large with sprite burger again had everything on it plus the fries were cold and a medium instead of large. Had a large filet o fish with fries and a coke same thing cold fries and they were medium. We also got a large ice water extra ice this was also messed up because it was soda water. When we first ordered the drive through lady didn't give us a total tell us to pull up, we get to the window and she's chatting with a coworker cussing and just paying us no attention still never gave us our total or a receipt. We pull up get our food and the girls at this window doesn't even know what we ordered so i told her it was the mafia box she cuts me off and says o with the 3 dribks. Thinking she realized the order i said yes she gives us the box and the drinks nothing else so i now have to tell her i had the burger and fish. She gives us our food and i pull away to check it, as stated above everything was wrong. I go back to the drive through and let them know the problems at this point i only realized the burgers the water, and the 2 fries in the box. I pull to the first window after waiting at the speaker to respond to what I've told her in utter silence after a minute and now have to wait 20 minutes when there were only 2 cars head of me. At this point same drive through girl is on her phone on video chat and the line behind me is filling up she then finally takes care of the payment for the guy ahead of me and he pulls up. As I'm talking to he I let her know something might be wrong with the water dispenser and she says it's definitely soda water then tells me I have to give her ALL of the food that was messed up back because "they need it to put towards their waste tally" that's a major OSHA violation because she could have given contaminated food to another customer i could have been sick or bit the burgers. So then I pull up to the next window and realize my other 2 fries are medium not large. I get the 2 medium fries for the box and let her know about the 2 other fries and I have to explain it 3 times about the fries before she gets me the largest this girl doesn't take my messed up fries though which is odd since the other girl did. We get our new food and water and leave everything was correct, or so I thought. Turns out once again we were given soda water. HOW DO YOU MESS UP WATER TWICE!!! I've been coming to this mcdonald's all year since it's close to where I work and I have NEVER had this experience. The girl the was working the drive through pay window was white heavier set with tattoos on her arms and wrists. The girl she was chatting and cussing with infront of customer was white standard build with dyed red in her hair. The other girl at the second wind was African American long black to blonde braids. I've had my order messed up at this place a few times over the year but they never took the food back for one and for two they have never messed up this bad or been so rude.

Terrible unfriendly staff.
Don’t even say words just unamused lifeless faces. Rude and cold not fresh food.
Also didn’t even get the rider right missing items they just shoved the bag in my face to clear the driver thru times. Didn’t even bother going back for refund for missing items because I wouldn’t want to cause any more inconvenience to there miserable time for doing there jobs

Every one of the workers to the MANAGERS are DUMB. I place an order on the app and have my husband pick it up and they wont give him the order saying the phone has to be in the area which is NOT TRUE! the managers dont know how to issue a refund they all need better training and I will be contacting coroporate. every time i go in there every is on their phones and managers dont say a thing they always make the customers wait while they just talk amongst themselves nothing related to work.. they swear in their conversations in front on the customers.. everything about this location is HORRIBLE! IM deleting my mcdonalds app and never going to that location again and contacting corporate!

Thanks, McDonald’s on Clinton. I won’t be eating McDonald’s for a long time again. Ordered two big Macs one with extra onions and extra sauce, large fry, and a spicy Mc crispy what we got was two big Mac with extra pickles, very old dry, cold fries, and two regular burgers, no cheese. Everything was cold and tasted like it sat on a counter for the evening.

Ordered some nuggets at 3:50 am. It doesn't matter that you switch to breakfast at 4am. I've worked at McDonald's in the past, I know how your heating cabinets work. There's no reason that my nuggets should be ice cold when I get them.
