Okay, my fiancé and I go a lot to the hamburg location never ever have a issue… unfortunately today on a Monday night we both got caught up in work late in the night so we went to the location downtown to grab food togo. When arriving home (a 25 minute drive) and opened bag there was No sauce and 6 sides of pickles that wasn’t asked for instead…. Called back right away and asked for a manger (emily), Emily was not only upset and frustrated with us because we are HUGE sauce people but also wanting to fix the issue right away.. we paid cash and opted for a e-gift card, Emily Right away emailed us $50 for our next visit. My fiancé and I had really hard day today and she made a bad day turn to a good ending,

i come to augie’s all different times. I always see jade and she always goes the extra mile for us and others. Last time i came to augie’s she remembered my bad day and made sure i was ok. Great employees you have there who care !

Food was really good. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Not super crowded late night, midweek. Staff was delightful, they were welcoming despite being very busy with all hands on deck. Would go again.

The lack of description on your shakes is waste of time and resources to your customers. Chunks of almond in a strawberry milkshake is kind of important to be transparent about. The online and in store menu need to be updated. I’ve ordered online before and the store didn’t receive my order. My bank card was charged twice for the order.
I stopped by yesterday around 1-2 pm. The server with the initials JM made me uncomfortable ordering food at the store. When I walked in he asked me if this was my first time here. I said no, but this is my first time looking at the brunch menu. I ordered something completely different from the brunch menu and the look on JM’s face. Folks in the food industry really need to be trauma informed about eating disorders. Don’t judge a customers order. I didn’t want chicken or egg. I just wanted a plain burger… which wasn’t on the brunch menu. I also don’t eat a lot and ordered food for a friend that was visiting me. I wanted to surprise him since he was having a rough week. JM giving me the “are you serious… you’re not going to order off the brunch menu but also “plain” food face is disrespect and unacceptable.
The pager went off when my shake was done. JM handed it to me and said my food would be ready in a few minutes. I sat back down with my shakes and pager. Several minutes go by and I hear someone yell out “counter 2- to go”. I looked around and then got up. Took the pager with me. Say that the order was for me. Looked at the pager and the. Looked at the person serving me. He apologized for the pager not going off when it is suppose to (JM did not give me my food).
I love having fast burger joint walking distance from me. I’d rather support local than chain shops like Wendy’s. It’s hard to want to come back after the uncomfortable experience I had. I’d love to give you all a five star review when I see changes to your menu and improving in store customer service.

They have a very creative menu with unique options. I had the sonny boy burger and it was great with the seasoned fries! Definitely a great place to eat or hang with friends.

I am already planning a work trip there! Everyone was beyond amazing and the exhibit what makes Buffalo great.
The menu was neat and clean but had multiple options. You'd have to go countless times to try it all. Nothing on the menu was a hard pass.
I got the P.Buster which was the kind of burger you gotta put down to just savor the complexities. Not to mention I was actually able to put it down and pick it up without it falling apart. (Big win in my book)
The fries were perfect the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend it enough.
Came in late night. Staff was extremely patient and helpful. The host was extremely kind. Will definitely return!

Was there on 10/13 in the evening. Female bartender was horrible. Screwed up our bill and was rude. She should not be in customer service.

We waited 40 minutes for a hamburger and a chicken sandwich, when the place was at most 1/3rd full. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. The front of house manager gave us a (20%) discount for waiting, which I thought was kind of him. Until I tried to eat my sandwich...they messed up my order and it was cold. Clearly mine had been sitting there the entire time because the other sandwich was fresh and warm. Only 1/2 of our food was appropriately edible and WAY too late. The discount wasn't enough in the end, I wouldn't eat here for free.
