Food is really good. Service is having the same issue a lot of places are having right now. This restaurant is very nicely designed and modern.

I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but I am so glad I did. Maybe they went through a tough time from Covid or something but I have to give them a five star review. I was here twice in the past couple weeks, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both times the wait staff was the most pleasant I have ever had and the food was excellent. Give them a try.

Five of us arrived around 2:00 for lunch. The place was virtually empty - three tables inside and we were outside. The waiter approached us after about 10 minutes to order drinks. Another 15 minutes before he told us that the tap system wasn't working. Got all the drinks after another 15 minutes, with one flat beer. Food took longer than we would have thought for the number of people in the place. One order was wrong. The water we requested for the table never came. The tap system got fixed while we were there and the waiter brought a new beer - not what was ordered - to the table. Waiter ended up charging us full price (we were there during happy hour prices) for the meals/drinks. Had to wait another 15-20 minutes until he brought the corrected check. Overall, not a great experience and would not go back.

The day we went, there was 1 server and 1 cook. The food was nothing special, and needless to say, the service was SLOW. Several tables got up and walked out because it was taking too long. It was a good thing we had nowhere else to be. Nearly 2 hours for some chicken wings and a couple tacos. I know it's hard to find workers, but come on.You've got a hundred other options in Buffalo - eat there instead.I gave 2 stars because we played shuffleboard while we waited.

?️Loved this PLACE!!! It's a good SPACE!!! The $50 wings is a DEAL for a STEAL!!! (10 wings for $5.00 OR 20 for $10.00 + TAX, who could beat THAT!!!) (Happy wing time only, starting @ 2pm.) Signed: The FOOD CRITIC WHO DID IT!!!??Side Note: The only reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because, their was no one in the front waiting to seat the guests...and it looked like they were closed for a minute, after waiting 5 mins or so I had to walk to the back kitchen to ask for the waitress to seat us...I hope they hire more people so they business will thrive...??

Not busy at all, didn't bring silverware or napkins until we asked, forgot the ketchup as well as the dressing for my salad. 2 servers who seem clueless as all get out. Didn't write down the order, so had to come back and re-ask what the order was. Just not ran well. We spoke to the "manager" who didn't seem to care at all. He stunk of cigarettes and just said, "well, I don't have any veteran servers on tonight". We had high hopes and those were brought way down. Food was mediocre at best. Won't be back and definitely do not recommend.

Nice place/atmosphere, appetizers were amazing (Bavarian pretzel & half moon fried cheese), better than the actual entrees, which were kind of underwhelming. Service was friendly & fast. Prob a lot of fun on a weekend, w the bar & games & patio.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I get it covid NO ONE wants to work. There was only 2 people I could see the cook and my waitress. I don't know her name because she didn't introduce herself. She had no smile. She looked and acted like she didn't want to be there. She was just plain rude. She kept complaining about being the only one there. The "all you can eat crab legs" was horrible. They were overcooked and cheap. Hardly any meat. They were so over cooked so meat was sticking to inside of shell. They were dirty and still had seaweed on then just plain nasty. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Me and my husband have been there several times. Great food and good prices. We have no complaints everything we have tried on the menu has been great. They are a little short staffed, but the waitress and waiters have been very good. Ben is one of the best.

Service was a little slow at the beginning but was overall good. The crab legs are probably the best in the area beating any Chinese buffet. Also the best bang for your buck. Nice clean crab with a really good taste. Would highly recommend for any crab lovers.

Excellent service, extremely clean. Our waiter was Ben, he was friendly and the the Best! We didn't have to ask for anything because he was right there with whatever we needed. The food was great and decently priced. We did not feel rushed, which is a huge peeve of mine. I think this is my new go to place!
