Neat is easily one of the best spots to dine in Williamsville! The atmosphere is both relaxed and refined, making it ideal for everything from casual meals to business meetings. The giant booths offer perfect privacy, and the large bar area is great if you just want to stop in for a drink. They have a fantastic selection of beer and cocktails. We have we both had salad with salmon and the salmon had a very strong fish salty taste and almost as if it was deep fried or fried in a lot of oil it was not good. I asked the waitress if this was supposed to be grilled salmon she said it is grilled on a flat top , obviously with a lot of oil and more like frying.
