Food was very good but small portions for the money. The place was very noisy but clean. No one was at the counter when we tried to order. I guess you can only order at the kiosk but the kiosk can't answer questions
It’s so weird having to order from a kiosk, but I guess it’s the times we are in. I love their Mexican corn chowder, I could do without the croissant inspired sandwiches. Too greasy and they fell apart.
Panera is overpriced. They have cut down drastically on their choices of different flavors of tea. They're always running out of hot water. Their coffee is it's usually empty. When it's not it has a lot of coffee grounds in it. I'm talking about the one on Transit road in williamsville. You order a steak sandwich they are expensive and there is barely any meat on them. Sad it used to be a lot better.
